Cardinal's Ballgame--That's a winner!!!!

Saturday afternoon we went to the Cardinal Ballgame. We picked up the Redbird Express at the mall and then headed over to St. Louis. It was Whitey Herzog Bobblehead night, along with his special pre-game ceremony, so the place was packed. After getting our bobbleheads, we went to dinner and then for a horse drawn carriage ride at Keener Plaza. Logan sat on pawpaw's lap so he could have a front seat view of what was going on. After a nice 15 minute ride, the driver dropped us off a block away from the stadium and we headed in to find our seats. I believe they played the Pirates that night and won.

FIREWORKS!!!!

This year rather than going to Millstadt to watch the fireworks we decided to buy our own and have some more "hands on" fun. The biggest hit was the sparklers and after a little convincing we finally got him to do them by himself. I turned the flash off on my camera to see what the results would be and they turned out really neat. Take a look!!!

Post Wedding/July 4th BBQ

After the wedding, we were invited to a Fourth of July/Post Wedding BBQ at Smithton Park. It was a terribly hot day but we all had a good time anyway. Logan enjoyed playing on the playgrounds (Thanks You Brandon) and the swings. It was a nice time visiting with family and eating some good ol' grilled hot dogs and hamburgers.

Lauren's Wedding

Andy's cousin Lauren asked us if Logan could be in her wedding on July 3, 2010 and of course we said yes. His job was to pull Autumn down the aisle in a wagon. We were doubtful on how successful it would be but they both did a GREAT job! It was a cowboy theme so Logan was excited to wear cowboy boots. Congrats Lauren and Allen and Good Job Logan!!
